In the original Resident Evil, this book has the words "Eagle of East, Wolf of West" on the cover. In the remake it's "Eagle of South, Wolf of North". In both cases, when you open it you will find the Wolf Medal inside. "There was a medal in the book." |

| Resident Evil After searching the underground, you'll come across a room with a small little pressure plate puzzle to open a wall panel. Inside the wall panel is the Doom Book 2. Once you have it, to use it, check it in your inventory, move it's pages into the main view as if you were going to open it to read, and click the action button. It should open up and display the medal for you.
